About the hotfix for jsp compilation problem

I did install the hotfix for solving problems with jsp compilation with jdk1.5
two weeks ago. While still having problems with jrun and jdk1.5, I returned to
the hotfix page today and noticed there have been an update to the hotfix.
What's the background for the update?

The hotfix was updated as a problem similar to the first fix was found with jsps that were in directories.
